Marriage Registration in Kerala: Required Documents

For Indian Nationals:

  • Authenticated duplicate of the document demonstrating the husband’s age
  • Authenticated duplicate of the document demonstrating the wife’s age

  • Click the submit button once all information has been enter and photographs have been upload.
  • Generates Form I for verification following a successful submission.
  • Update the correction by submitting the form after making changes to the application.
  • Print off this form, which has been duly sign by all parties and sent to the relevant municipal body.
  • The application must be submit in person by the husband and wife to the relevant local body where the marriage is formally perform, together with the necessary payment.
  • The relevant local body official will download the application from the internet, add the inward number and payment details, cross-check the details with the provided documents, and make any required revisions.
  • The responsible authority will give the husband and wife a Form III to sign following the verification.
