  1. If both the partners belong to different religions, they have to follow this step. Either of the partners has to convert their religion to other. This can be easily performed in Mumbai.  After this step, both the partners will belong to the same religion.
  2. Since they belong to the same religion, they can perform the marriage as per their religion. Hindu Couples will perform their Arya Samaj marriage In Arya Samaj Temple. Muslim Couples will perform Nikah. Christian Couples will perform Church Marriage.   
  3. Registration of their marriage. After the traditional marriage of both the partners, their marriage will be registered in court or BMC.

They will get a marriage certificate after their marriage. A marriage certificate is a valid legal document that helps to confirm the marriage of partners. If they have performed their marriage without their parents’ consent, a marriage certificate will help them to get the police protection very easily.
