How to Arrange a Witness in a court marriage

The term witness means the person who acknowledges the activity which took place while he was present in the situation, but the actual meaning of the witness can differ in the cases:

The person who was present at an incident when it took place, likely to be called as a crime or accident is also known as a witness.
