United nations provide and ensure fair and free rights for the individuals of the world. It ensures the rights of the mentally disabled person or mentally retarded persons. 

The rights of mentally retarded persons to guarantee that it will be accepted on a regular basis and as a framework of evidence for the assurance of the rights of mentally retarded person.

Different Rights Of A Mentally Retarded Person –

1. A mentally retarded person has equal rights to the highest level of utility such as supporting a human being.

2. The mentally retarded body has the right to preventive care, physical therapy, and the aforesaid education, education, restoration, and administration which will allow him to further improve his potential.

3. The mentally retarded body deserves an adequate model of financial security and maintenance. He has the power to do fruitful work or engage in any other important profession to the fullest possible extent of inclination.

4. Whenever possible, the mentally retarded should stay with his family or foster parents and engage in various settings of society and life. The family should also get support. If institutional care becomes important it should be presented in the surroundings and conditions as appropriate for a healthy lifestyle and living.

5. The mentally retarded body has a right to an adequate guardian when this is necessitated to preserve his well-being or concerns.

6. Mentally retarded people have the right to be reassured from exploitation, abuse, and declining employment. If the charge is made for any misconduct; He shall have the power of the proper way of law, his subjective level to be presented with full admiration.

7. Whenever a mentally handicapped person is unable to exercise his powers in a material way (by reason of his disability) or to reduce or deny some or all of his powers. Appropriate constitutional protection against all forms of injustice to be used for claims.

8. This system for the mentally handicapped should be based on analysis of their social potential by equipped officers. It is subjected to periodic inspection and freedom to submit to higher authorities.
