What to do when you receive Legal Notice?

The person sending the legal notice notifies the person who receives such notice about sender’s intention of taking any legal proceeding against him later, the sender makes aware the recipient about any future legal proceeding, we can also say Legal Notice as a warning  to the person who receives such notices, if the person receiving such notice don’t full fill the conditions that are mentioned in the notice then the person sending such notice will or can take the matter before the court.
