What can I do if insurance company rejected my claim?
Dear Sir /Madam,The insurance company rejected my truck's damage insurance claim on the grounds that During the accident one driver and two handymen (a total of three) were present but RC mention a sitting capacity of one person. But my insurance clearly mentions a sitting capacity of three people. Can you please suggest what to do? Is it a valid legal ground for rejecting my claim?
