Can I send a legal notice to the bank?
I had taken a loan from a bank but at present I have not been closed by the bank so I want to give a legal notice on a bank.

Sir, if the bank has not closed your loan file after completion of all the dues then you must directly present the entire information essential so a NOC (No Objection Certificate) can be received. A complaint can be filed by you with CIBIL in case open account/accounts which are not yours and wrongly listed or if an account is inaccurately marked.
