How can I enforce recovery after court's refusal to attach property?

Sir, I have won my recovery suit and judgement was decree with cost. But other party didn't clear my recovery amount as decided by court. I have filed contempt of court. My case was AMAN BHALLA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY VS ME. But judge refuse to attach the car/property of college president/ chairman. Kindly help me to save my hard earned money.
