How can I recover my money from dealer?
I paid 5000rs to vehicle dealer, He said to me before coming to see vehicle u should give advance than if u don't like vehicle amount will be refund but now vehicle he sold other customer but when I asked for refund, He blocked me. now what I do

Try to negotiate with dealer, After that if the dealer does not refund your money. Than you can file a police complaint.
