Sir, maine online WhatsApp se order kiya or payment advanced de diya. Lekin wo maal nahi bhej raha hai. Gandi galiya deta hai. Dharmik upshabd bhi kahta hai. Amount 28526 rs hai. Usne GST invoice bhi fake banakar bheja.

you need to decide on what your legal approach should be. under your case as per my understanding you can file a case in Consumer Forum, wherein you would get the relief as desired, also your second option would be to file a criminal case of cheating. The choice is totally upto you. you have to decide the merits and file case accordingly.
