Buying plot in partnership
Hi Team, I have purchased a 2400 sq.ft plot in partnership and registered seperately. Now, purchasing another adjacent plot of 800 Sq. ft together. Now, total site area will be 3200 sq ft. After this new purchase each of our site will be 1600 Sq ft. How to go ahead with this purchase so that it will be registered for 1600 sq ft each.

Yes you can buy the property in common and that process is called joint tenancy where both the parties will have the equal shares in that particular property
