Can a married sister make a claim on her brother's property?
My father's sister filed a case against my father asking for their share in the property and the legal owner of the house is mom( she knew about it or they have a little idea about it but still filed a case against my dad)

As married sister can claim her rights in the ancestral property but if the property has been purchased by your father or by your mother and your mother is a legal owner of the propety then she cannot claim her rights in that property
