Circle offices are not following ADM's order.
The adm has passed a order to do mutation. but after passing 8 month the circle office has not full-filled his order. while there is a Act that is called "Bihar land Mutation act 2011" in which section 12 (1) where clearly mention that any mutation should complete in 21 days. I have already written a complaint against CO to DM but nothing happen. So what should i do in this case ? should i send him a legal notice or any other way ?
Yes you should first send a legal notice to the circle officer and even no reply received then you can approach the court.
Hello sir, as reading above you copmlaint to seniore authority a well as DM but no action is being taken therefore, i would suggest you send a legal notice to him and if then also no one takes action you can approach to court and file a suit against him.
