CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL/CLOSURE OF PARTITION SUIT

Dear Sir/Madam, There are 9 siblings (A to I) in a partition suit filed in hyderabad city civil court. In the suit, "A" is the petitioner and "B to G" are the respondents who are contesting for a common purpose of partition of property with Respondents "H & I" who are in possession of ancestral residential property left behind by their late parents. My question is, in case Petitioner "A" alone and/or Respondents "B to F" (Except Respondent "G") come to a mutual compromise with Respondents "H & I" for out of court settlement and withdraw the case, Can the Respondent "G" still contest in the court with Respondents "H & I" for his share? Or the case will be closed given the fact that Petitioner "A" and Respondents "B to F" have decided to make peace by agreeing for an out of court settlement. Kindly reply on my above queries.

Hello sir,

If G is not satisfied with the share he can file for the suit again to get his shares if he is having the right  over that property, and if he don't have the share in that property he cannot ask for his share or cannot file the suit.
