Do you provide professional drafting services for civil suit plaints?

I would like to know if you draft the plaint for a civil suit in a civil court, including the plaint along with an affidavit, interim application (IA), etc. I am looking for professional drafting services. Only drafting is required. Could you please let me know the approximate charges for drafting the plaint?

Since you have evidence of the loan through online transactions and voice recordings documenting the agreement and partial repayments, you can file a civil suit for recovery of money under Order 37 of Civil Procedure Code (summary suit) in the appropriate civil court having jurisdiction. Additionally, if you can establish their intention to cheat from the beginning, you can file a criminal complaint under Section 420 of IPC with the local police station, using your evidence of their pattern of initial payments followed by deliberate evasion.

The approximate charges may vary a lot depending on the case's complexity as well as the legal service provider. Usually, a plaint can be drafted for any amount ranging from INR 2,000 to INR 10,000 or even more depending upon drafting a plaint, affidavit and IA. Specific quotes will have to be taken after consulting particular law firms or specific legal service providers. Many firms provide customized services, ensuring compliance with legal standards while meeting your needs in the drafting process.
