Does daughter can claim property of mother without name in will
Mother has made a registered will for 3 brothers and died in 1995. Nothing is mentioned for the sister. Does Sister have the right to claim on mothers property? Does the sister have the right to claim in brother's property? Under rights to daughter in 2005 does she can claim for any of the properties mentioned above?

If the will is made and is registered then the only the person whose name is mentioned on the will have the rights over the property
