Eviction from mother home where on registery I gave 10 lakh rupees.

I gave my Mother 10 lakh rupees in construction of 1st home and in registery of a flat. So two properties I bought in the name of my mother. The transaction I did through Paytm. I am married and have one daughter. Now my younger brother provoke my mother against me and wife. Due to which my mother now want me to evicate from the house whereas we discussed during amount transfer 1st home 1 floor I will keep for living now she is denying. Please suggest here
