Fraud related issues
Sir/Mam, I have book a PG, on 11 January by just seeing Photos, but before that I asked for a video call or video of the room or physical visit of me or any of my friend, but they have just falsely accused me about the service and took 3000 in advance, but when I came to that pg saw very unhygienic so didn’t stay there, but now he refused to give advance money, saying we have booked your room, but I told to him I will go there and decide which range of room I will stay. I feel that this is a fraud and seeking legal advice.

Get a legal Notice drafted against that pg owner and if he don't pay you the money then you can file the case against him
