First of all you should contact the employer or the HR of the department for the salary and if they don’t give you then you can move to the court and with the help of lawyer you can send a legal notice to the company and demand for the payment and even though he doesn’t reply then you can file a complaint in the tribunal for the payment of the salary.

To claim your unpaid salary of ₹140,000 from Movers Ltd., first send a legal notice demanding payment. If unpaid, file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner Delhi, or initiate a civil suit for recovery under the CPC, 1908, or the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, if applicable. Alternatively, if your contract has an arbitration clause, initiate arbitration proceedings for recovery.

Sir, you can send a formal letter to your employer, requesting payment. If there is no response, file a complaint with the Labour Department. You can send a legal notice with the help of an expert lawyer who will assist you to navigate the legal process and recover the salary.
