How can I find the current location of my plot?

I purchased Plot No. 38 in Survey No. 124/48 of R R District, Serilingampally Mandal, Gopannapalli Village, Hyderabad, measuring 300 sq. yards, in 1990, and it was registered in my name via Registered Sale Deed No. 9439/1990 dated 25th July 1990. The plot has remained in my name in the Telangana Registration and Stamp Department till today. However, I recently learned that in November 2006, the land was acquired by the then Government of Andhra Pradesh. I approached Prajavani in Hyderabad on 29th December 2023, and in response to my grievance, I was informed on 19th July 2024 that the application had been examined by the Additional Mandal Girdawar, who submitted a report stating that the matter is a private dispute and that I should approach the civil court. Kindly advise: 1. Who should be named as respondents in the case, as I am unaware of the current holder of the plot? 2. How can I determine the correct location of the plot?

To address your situation regarding the plot you purchased in Hyderabad, name the Government of Andhra Pradesh as a respondent in your civil case due to their involvement in the acquisition. If applicable, include specific officials or departments related to the process to ensure all relevant parties are accountable. To determine the exact location of your plot, access land records through the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration's website for Telangana, where you can search using your survey number. Alternatively, visit the local revenue office or consult a local surveyor for assistance in identifying the plot based on your registered documents. These steps will help clarify your rights regarding the acquired land.
