How can I get CNI in India?
I am a widow and have a 10 year old son. I am now joining my brother's family in Kenya where I intend to marry. I am advised I will need a certificate of NO IMPEDIMENT by the Kenyan Marriage Registrars. How can I obtain this, from whom, what documents will I need and how long does the process take?

A Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage (CNI) is a document issued by the Office of the Registrar of Marriages in Kenya confirming that you have no existing marriage record and therefore qualify to get married outside of the country. for documentation you have to contact govt. officials in Kenya.
