Start with your address, followed by the Tahsildar's address, write a subject line that briefly explains the purpose of your letter, start explaining the issue, provide any supporting documents if required, make a request to the Tahsildar to make the necessary correction in the land record. Provide additional details: If needed, provide additional information such as the property's survey number, the name of the village or town, and any other details that may be helpful, conclude and add your signature at the end.

I. Gather documents - Sale Deed, Mutation Entry, Old RTCs (if available)

II. Draft an application addressed to the Tahsildar of your area, clearly stating the situation. Mention your grandmother's name, the date of land purchase, and the reason for the name missing from the online Bhoomi record. Attach all the gathered documents with the application.

III. Submit the application along with the documents to the Tahsildar's office. Contact us on our helpline number to consult a local lawyer specialize in land matters who can provide specific guidance based on your situation.
