How can my second husband adopt my child?

I am a divorced women, My Child is 12 years old. I divorced my first husband through Court. He did not face the court so ex party judgement is made and court settled my divorce. Now i am going to marry an another person. How my new husband can adopt my girl and can give my daughter's father name.
