How much is fine for not having bike insurance?
Sir, my father is in diffence force, so he is not at home with us. As I'm the eldest child, I have to do the work like buying groceries and all. I'm underage. I was fined the challan for. being an underage, bike not having insurance. Is there any way to dicrese the amount or not ?
