How to correct spelling mistakes in my documents?
Sir my name in class tenth CBSE (2018-19)certificate is SHIVAM KU BHARTI and same of my father , (incomplete surname). we tried to convince the school to fill the application form for surname correction but they denied. so we filled an affidavit and asked next school ( JHARKHAND STATE SCHOOL) to change name ,they did it but my class 10 marksheet have the same name till now. now the university is not considering my missing surname and asking me to change name in class 10 boards marksheet

In fact, the CBSE class 10 mark sheet is considered a birth certificate. Therefore, any mistakes in these documents will create problems for you in the future. You can file a petition in high court against CBSE Board if the board refuses corrections of your marksheet.
