How to file complaint against Police in India?
Police captured my bike on 28/04/2023 at 1:00 pm while returning from second show movie . I failed to produce my rc at the time when they asked. I had reported next day at 10:00 clock . Again I came at evening 5 0 clock and waited since 9:00 pm without receiving my bike. I came again next at 10 clock and waiting until now. But he hasn't come. Is there anyway that I can complain against him

please note, 'Rule of law not of Police'. kindly complaint to the hierarchy of the police dept. if you fail there too, visit an advocate with all the information, who files private complaint on the same ground for the relief.
