How to file for divorce in India?
My sister's husband is not looking after her child and child is suffering from hole in heart. We found out in 2022. Till now second party is not done any needful work. Due to this sister is wanting divorce.

Ma’am, You can apply for separation demanding alimony and monthly support from him for you and your child. Meanwhile do not take divorce. Until the child is a minor, you as a mother will have custody of child. In addition to child maintenance, you are able to file DV and 125 CrPc maintenance.
