Injuction Suit

Hello Sir, We are using a cart track nearby our house for the past 30 yrs, now the other party who bought land nearby is trying to acquire the cart track, telling their document/fmb is having the records. They arranged for measuring the land, but we denied it and contacted advocate. Filing Injuction suit process has been initiated and still not filed and haven't got the case number. Advocate is telling that filing civil cases will take more time like that. here are my queries. 1 . What is the minimum timeline required to file injuction suit and get orders? what are the other options available for us other than civil suit? 2. Our opposite party has sent the cavaet petition from advocate outside from the court. what will be expected next steps from them/ what are the options available for them?
