Is NOC necessary for Indian citizen to perform court marriage in India?
I am resident of Germany not citizen of Germany. Since letter of no impediment is issued only for German citizen but I am Tibetan residing Germany legally. I want to marry my boyfriend who is India. Is that ok if I didn’t provide no objection certificate. I want to marry in Delhi.
