Land encroachment
1) How can I get back possession on my some part of farm land which is encroached by neighbour and I have a government measurement map in clearly mentioned land encroached by neighbour but they are not given me back. 2) how can I send about question no 1 legal notice to neighbour to get back my farm land which is enchroched by him
: First of all you should send a notice containing clauses for taking legal action if not release the encroached property and wait for his reply and if not replied by him you can directly move to civil court and file a plaint demanding relief to evict the encroacher from the property and also seek injunction if he is using the property.

Get a legal notice drafted and send it to the neighbour and wait for the reply and if he denies or he don't gives the replies then you can approach to the court and file the suit for encroachment of property and also complaint for illegal possession of property
