Limitation act Will limitation ACT will be applicable to me or not?

Dad purchase agricultural land in my mom name, sale deed is mention that my mother surviving by my dad earning patta in father name kist is paid in father name in 1980 dad gave that land to me by oral partition sale deed patta passbook is with me Am cultivating paying kist in my dad name and am taking agri loan in my name mean time my mom execute settlement in my sis name in 2001. I had filed a suit against sis in 2001 she not appear in court so decree is given favor of me mention she should not interfere my peace possession in 2008. Mean time in 2006 my mom expired. In 2011 I filled another suit to cancel settlement execu by mom my sis not appear in court in 2012 my sis sold land to a third party when case pending that third party is arguing against me court have cancel my suit saying case to be filled with in 3 year from 2001 per limitation ACT but already my 1st case pending from 2001 till 2008 and second from 2011 to 2017
