Not letting to build the compound
My parents had purchased a 30x40 site in 2012 without measuring. Now after all these years we came to know that our neighboring house had taken 2ft of our land( neighbours house was present from a long time). Now we want to build a compound around our property measuring 30x40, but our neighbour is not letting to build asking to let go of that 2ft. Our site registration and all our property documents show 30x40 dimensions only. Can you please advice us on the next steps, and if we even take it to court will the judgement be on our side?
