Panchayat counting has been ordered by upzilaadhikari , now the opposite party went to the high court for a stay but court has reserved the order and the counting date is next day,can counting be done as the counting date was finalized earlier and there is no stay order by high court only reserve order.Do we have to wait for counting till Order is announced.
