Physical and Mental Harassment
Continuation of my issue: Now this person has locked Bore Water Board to harass us. It's been more than 1 month, till date this person has not opened lock of Bore Water and thinks he is above Law. He Switches on the Motor as per his wish. Also this person' son also quarreled with my father who is a Senior Citizen many times for no reason. Also this person is Extremely Greedy for Money and asks for 2-3 times more than the amount spent for Building Maintenance and does not give any Invoice regarding the amount when asked also. I am facing trouble doing basic daily Chores due to these cheap and harassing Practices for no reason and is intentional. I am suffering Mental and Physical Stress due to this. I am having Body Pains. Also is it legally correct to lock Basic Amenity Water Board? Please let me know if this is correct according to IPC and Indian Laws. Let me know the Maximum Punishment and Compensation
