Property Setback issue
Total land area 260 says. Got approval from ghmc to construction for 230sqyds. Approval is with one meter set back, but total colony houses ate constructed with one to one and half feet setback only. Someone have zero setback. So we Started construction with one feet deviated I. E., instead of 3 feet we started with 2 feet setback all around four sides, but the neighbor from one side is objecting. We already started construction and it was stopped by him. He is not convinced. What is the further action for us to do.

If the setback is set for the one meter then you should set back for one meter only and no matters what if other are doing so you are not supposed to do such, therefore you should follow the goverment notification to avoid any future consequences
