Renting flat to bachelors
I have rented my flat for bachelor's. Apartment association is objecting that as per the rules/bye laws framed by association and as per majority of members resolution, the flat cannot be rented to bachelor's. Association is forcing my flat tenants to vacate

Hello sir,
These clause if mentioned in the agreement and you have given it for the the rent to bachelors,it means that it is a breach of that agreement and if these clause are not mentioned in the agreemtn then no can force you to vacate, for more such legal knowledge
