Despite paying alimony to my wife, i am not allowed to meet my daughter for the past 4 years and 7 months. What can i do?
First of all, try to resolve this matter through amicable means, and if it remains unresolved, make an application to the court for the resolution of this matter because the court has the power to pass an order under Section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, regarding the custody & maintenance of the child in cases of divorce proceedings.
