Tenant Eviction
I recently rented by apartment to my tenant. The tenant has not paid the security deposit. As per the rental agreement the deposit was to be paid but the tenant has been ignoring and postponing. I want to get the tenant to leave my premise and need assistance in giving legal notice for vacate.

Hello sir,
yes you can send the tennant eviction notice to the tennat if he is not paying the money or any of the grounds are not satisfied and if despite of the notice he is not evictinf the property then you can take legal action against him.
