Want to challenge obc ncl certificate of a person
Person's father is a business man but ITR is below 8 lac pa, but certainly earn more than that, Is there any way by which i can challege obc ncl certificate may be by Bank statement or any other way? Thanks

If you want to challenge the OBC ncl certificate send a RTI to the concerned authority who issue such certificate and intimate them about the same and they will give you the guidance how to proceed further
