They put additional lock in the mail door to prevent access to my property. In 2024- Civil suit filed by my relatives has been dismissed. Court states that relatives does not have procession hence suit dismissed. Question. 1. what next step? can i take the procession based on the dismissed civil suit. 2. Also, my relatives move to another court for appeal and asked for stay order. Please advice how to proceed further .
Since the civil suit against you was dismissed, you can take steps to regain possession of your property. Ensure you have all relevant court documents, including the dismissal order, to demonstrate your legal right to the property. If your relatives have filed an appeal, prepare to contest their stay order. Consult your lawyer to gather evidence supporting the dismissal of the initial suit, as well as any documentation proving your ownership. If your relatives continue to trespass or obstruct your access to the property, consider filing a counter complaint for trespass and illegal disposal of your property.
