What are the legal remedies available if my neighbour has encroached on a common passage?

My father and his four brothers each own 2.5 kattas of land. The first brother, who was born after my father, lives in a house. Next, my father and I live in the house, followed by the brother who comes after my father. We have two entrances: one is 10 feet wide, and the other is 5 feet wide. In the 5 feet entrance, there is a 2 feet common area, while the remaining 3 feet were purchased by the brother who comes after my father to extend his own entrance, as he lives in front of it. To visualize, you can imagine the common passage as a third branch of a "['" symbol. I live in the middle, and the brother after my father lives beside me, The problem is that he installed a gate at the entrance and forces me to always close it whenever I pass through. He also restricts my relatives and friends from using the entrance, and does not allow me to take my bike through there. as I oppose to close the gate every time the all four brothers and my cousins are trying to attack me
