What can I do if my admission is not done as per the rules after failing in graduation?

Sir, maine b.sc me regular admission liya tha use mene 1st year me hi chhor diya or ek saal ke gap ke bad fresh admission liya b.sc me. Ab mera UG PG complete ho gya hai or govt. Exams ki preparation chl rhi he. But i found that mujhe 1st year fail hone k bad regular b.sc me admission nhi milna tha but ab to ho gya Mera admission as per rule nhi hua to kya ab ye bat mere govt. Job me dikkt degi? Mujhe kya krna chahiye
