What can I do if someone files a false case against me?

My neighbor filed a case due to revenge on my family. But the case is fake, They doing some nasty thing, My family caught them And they feel Ashamed. So they file a case against my family that My family spreading fake news, If any change to provide my family innocence, And real person who did the things they want to punished by the law.
