What can I do if uncle transferred ancestral property without consent of legal heirs?
Respected sir, My father took the money rupees of 50,000 ( fifty thousands rupees only) from his own brother in year 2014. They sold some of our lands which is from their grandparents and used that money for their personal use without our knowledge( at that time one of my brothers is major in age). My father didn't gave the money back to his brother which he has taken. So in return his brother transferred my grandfather lands to his name.
It's important to consult a lawyer then you may challenge the transfer, and then file a partition suit.
If your father's brother forced or deceived your grandfather into transferring the land, the transfer might be considered void. For further details, we need some more information about the matter, contact us on helpline number and provide us complete information.
