What is the law for property distribution between brother and sister in India?

There are 3 brothers and 1 sister. A registered will is made in 1992 for 3 brothers for the entire property by their mother(For Eg: 2000 square feet). An unregistered will is made in 1995 for the sister stating only a specific portion of the property(For eg: 500 square feet) from the entire property. The unregistered will got passed in the high court and probate was given to the daughter. However, in an unregistered will, it is mentioned that " if any previous will made by mother then it is assumed as canceled". Then what is the status of the Registered will now? Do brothers have rights on the remaining property leaving the portion given to the daughter? Can the daughter again claim some portion of the property in the brother's share?
