What is the remedy for violation of a temporary injunction?
We are filed a Civil Suit Where Court Passed an Order for Temporary injunction on 2021. But Our Opposite Parties Still Enjoying Possession & they modified & altered at the possession after Order was Passed. Court direct to the Local Police Station to take necessary action while Order has violated. But Police Submitted not proper report to the Court. At This Situation What We Do? We are extending for permanent Injection at every date. My Question is that opposite party can enjoy possession while Order was passed? What would be the necessary activities From for Police ?
