We have a tenant living in our building. He has been creating nuisance unnecessarily whenever he is asked to cooperate for the tenant and police verification. What can be done?

Given the situation with your tenant, first, document any instances of your tenant's disruptive behaviour by date and specific action causing disturbances. You may begin with proper notification to your tenant, reminding them of the terms of their rental agreement, which include cooperating in verification processes in most rental agreements. You can serve a formal notice with the specific issues and requesting cooperation if the tenant continues to create a nuisance or refuses to comply. If the situation does not improve, consider consulting with a legal professional about filing for eviction on grounds of nuisance and non-compliance with the lease agreement.
