Can I file complaint under Section 35?

Dear Sir, It has been more than three weeks since I filed my complaint on the Edakil website. During this time, it was rejected twice without any reason. The reason for rejection mentioned was "sign each paper." I directly inquired with the consumer court officials, and they provided me with a complaint format under Section 35 as an example. Could you please provide me with the correct Section 35 format and guide me on how to file the complaint properly? The issue is related to an abroad job agent who cheated me regarding a refund. Please help.

Ensure your complaint under Section 35 includes all required details, signed on each page. Attach supporting documents like agreements and receipts. Since rejection cited missing signatures, resubmit with corrections. You may also consult a lawyer for proper drafting. For faster resolution, seek consumer court guidance on proper filing procedures.

Sir, to resolve this, file a properly drafted complaint under Section 35 with the Consumer Forum, attaching all relevant documents like payment records, communication, and refund request. Consult a consumer rights lawyer for guidance. Ensure proper submission, following required formalities, to claim your refund legally. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
