Can I get a refund for delayed course start and communication?

I took admission in a private course institute on June 16th for ₹10767. They promised a next-week start, but there were constant delays with excuses like server issues and anniversary celebrations. Despite my inquiries, communication was poor, and the batch only began on July 6th. My father requested a refund as they breached the start date and communication was lacking. They refused, citing a "no refund" clause I missed on the form. I haven't used any services yet, and I doubt their placement assistance. What are my options?

Sir, you can file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act for delayed services and poor communication. The institute’s failure to meet the promised start date could be seen as a deficiency in service, and you may be entitled to a refund. Even if there's a "no refund" clause, it doesn’t excuse them from not delivering services as agreed. Seek legal advice to explore options and file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.
