How can I defend myself from Police complaint?
Diwali is coming so I bought some firecrackers that has CSIR-NEERI tags for Diwali celebration from a Licensed firecracker shop. So everyday I am bursting fire crackers around 5 to 10 crackers including atom bomb in the evening time maximum of 20 to 30 minutes in our home property. Some of firecrackers has more loud sound I accept and due to that my neighbors are forcing me to stop from bursting these big crackers otherwise they will call and complaint to the police that I am bursting big firecrackers in neighborhood and disturbing them. they all big firecrackers are CSIR- NEERI approved and available in market. I am not bursting grenade or dynamite that cause to a physical damage. How I can defend to my neighborhood and police if they came to my home to continue celebration till Diwali.
